Cobham RFC – Volunteer Of The Month
The club committee have decided to make a monthly award to club members who have given up their time to volunteer. Your club runs on a volunteer basis, and numerous people contribute greatly to this. However we are always looking for more so if you would like to see your name up in lights
The award for December 2015 goes to: Rich Philip
We would like to thank Rich for arranging for Father Christmas to attend the club at the Mini Section Christmas Party on Sunday 13th December. We understand that Rich had to curtail his usual Saturday night libations in order to ensure that Santa was transported to Cobham and made it on time. Well done Rich and thank you Santa
In addition to this, Richard also organised the Cobham squad for the Matt Cragg Memorial Cup match played on Boxing Day, attended by a substantial crowd. The squad consisted of many players that knew Matt, some of which had come in from various other parts of the world.
