- Leave what happens out of rugby, out of rugby sessions and games. Share your frustrations and concerns with your coach/manager/safeguarding people.

- SPORTSMANSHIP – Always have humility at all games with your opposition, supporters and coaches.

- Try to maintain a positive attitude at trainings and games.
- DISCIPLINE – Own up to your mistakes and maintain self-discipline.
- Acceptance – accept referee decisions, team mate’s personal beliefs and values, and new players.

Consequences For Breach of Conduct
- STEP 1 – Verbal 1:1 – Player, Manager & Head Coach to discuss behaviour and understand why/what and confirm understanding of the code.
- STEP 2 – Verbal 1:1 – Player, Manager, Parent & Head Coach to initiate family intervention and implement 1 week ban to train/play.
- STEP 3 – Community Service to benefit Cobham Rugby Club the weekend after the offence (for example, car park duty, rubbish collection etc)
